Flat Layout
Designed and organized with INSEAD student needs in mind, the rent is a fully inclusive arrangement, where every possible utility requirements are taken care of within the package: heating, electricity, water, fast internet & cleaning every 2 weeks .
Each bedroom is furnished with a desk, a chair, a bed, lamps, shelves and a wardrobe. Bed linen are also provided : everything is ready for the arrival of the students. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with an open kitchen, and big dining table. One bedroom (Lisbon) is also on the first floor.
The 2 other bedrooms are on the first floor. You have 2 toilets (one on each floor).
